TRAIL CARGO SHORTS

The Trail Cargo shorts are completely new, adaptable all-mountain shorts that have been taken to a completely new level thanks to optimized cuts and advanced materials. They offer a waistband that keeps the shorts in place in a comfortable way, a cut that fits the crotch so the shorts don't get caught on the saddle, a length that fits perfectly with or without padding and a versatile new fabric, that adapts to every movement. 

When thinking about other “baggy” shorts, we've found that the inserts often slide up in awkward places and the incorporation of fasteners, fabric and zippers adds unnecessary weight and can create an uncomfortable pinching sensation while driving. In our minimalist approach, we use customizable fabric for the main panels that is both tough and lightweight. To be precise, it is a bi-stretch fabric, the extremely even mixture of which makes it a quick-drying, comfortable material that is up to any challenge while driving off-road. 

After the first part of the design was done, we at ASSOS took a close look at the fit and designed a tight upper area that, thanks to an extremely elastic hip area, sits comfortably on the hips without exerting unnecessary pressure. We then reduced the circumference on the thighs and on both sides of the crotch to ensure that your saddle can move freely between your legs without getting caught on the material. In the lower area of the legs we have chosen an inner seam length of 31 cm to ensure more comfort - whether with or without upholstery.
