EQUIPE RS AERO SS JERSEY

Improving our SS.Equipe Evo8 jersey was not an easy task, which is why we paid particular attention to the smallest details. Details that count when a fraction of a second makes the difference. The result of this improvement process is the EQUIPE Aero SS jersey: It combines fine patterns and elegant details that not only round off the design, but also heralded the next phase of ASSOS aerodynamics, which we call aeroFit. 

At the beginning we processed our miniCheck Tex material with circular knit, which has already proven itself several times and is characterized as a particularly elastic 3D knitted material, in whose development we wanted to integrate particularly breathable and moisture-wicking properties. Our stabilizing material is used on the back, which keeps the jersey in place thanks to its structure made of short, vertical stretch. The racing position that riders take and that is especially designed for speed has also contributed to the choice of our material for the new open-edged, bonded sleeves, the yoke and pockets, which have to be as soft and flexible as possible. With its high UV protection (USF 50+) and its quick-drying, bi-stretch properties, our fine push-pull tricot lay the basis on which we built. 

In addition to the more precise aeroFit pattern, the additional, functional details also contribute to improved comfort and increased speed. The first details can be admired on the front; an incredibly light, bonded camlock zipper, taped seams at the waist and a combination of open-edged, bonded sleeves that promise both comfort and support. We have integrated our tried and tested “Triple Ramp” concept pockets on the back, in which you can effortlessly stow objects when you are out and about. The model is rounded off by the processing of a lighter elastic band on the hem, which further contributes to the lightness of the creation.
